What is yoga?

Yoga is not a religion or a form of exercise but the art of making our life healthy, happy and meaningful.

Why yoga?

Because it improves balance, posture, flexibility and mindfulness.

As a health professional I highly value how yoga creates a “time out” safe space for people to reconnect with their body, mind and soul.

Yoga is in alignment with my coaching principles of self-awareness, self-empowerment and self-care. I want to inspire and challenge my participants on a self-discovery journey to enhance their abilities, to find their inner strength and to rely less on medicalized options when dealing with physical, mental and/or emotional stress.
