yoga - Wellbeing
SantéPlus Yoga is a boutique studio teaching a yoga practice primarily for beginners, intermediate and middle-aged persons. We also offer Chair Yoga for people who find it too challenging to exercise on a mat. All classes are designed to improve your balance, posture, flexibility and mindfulness. Through the practice our teachers promote self awareness, self-care, health, wellness and inner peace. Physical poses, breathing techniques and relaxation are included in all classes.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow: A form of yoga that focuses on synchronizing the pauses and breath to create continuous and harmonious movements.
Yin Yoga: A slow pace form of Yoga. The pauses are held for a few minutes allowing deep stretching and muscle relaxation. An ideal complimentary practice to our active lives.
NEW! Chair Yoga: A safe and gentle form of yoga using chairs as props. An ideal Yoga approach for people with reduced mobility and balance. With a chair for support and stability Chair Yoga uses the same principles of movements, breathing and meditation techniques of other yoga practices.
