Why Yoga?

As a health professional and educator I want to offer a space where people can reconnect with their body mind and soul in order to benefit from the preventative and therapeutic effects of yoga.

In being in alignment with my coaching principles of self-awareness, self-empowerment and self-care I want to inspire and challenge my participants on a self-discovery journey to enhance their abilities and to find their inner strength. I want people to rely less on the medicalized options in dealing with their physical, mental and/or emotional stress.

What do I bring to my Clients?

I bring a gentle creative Vinyasa Yoga practice to improve people’s balance, posture, flexibility and mindfulness. The classes are designed to promote self-awareness, health, wellness and inner peace. I guide participants through the physical poses, breathing techniques & relaxation in a safe and encouraging manner. My classes are safe. With my health background I can customize the session to adjust to the participant(s) needs and limitations.

Christine teaches

  • Weekly group yoga sessions for Middled Aged and Beginners in Nedlands (see below).
  • Private yoga classes are also available for individuals, corporations and community groups. 
  • Meditation/mindfulness classes to individuals, corporations and community groups upon request.
  • To individual clients with health and/or physical challenges tailoring the  practice to suit their unique needs

Location and times

Private monthly small group classes available in Nedlands on Thursday night 6:00pm to 7:15pm and 7:30pm to 8:45pm.
