Equal Breathing: inhale to the count of 3 - exhale to the count of 3. Repeat as long as you want.
Stand with your feet together, ankles and knees touching. Feel a straight line of energy from the inner arches up through the crown of the head. Bring the hands together at the centre of the chest. Exhale, ground your feet, steady and firm in Mountain Pose.
Shift your weight onto your right foot. Lift your left foot and place it on the inner right leg (calf or thigh).
