Short and Simple Yoga Routine

  1. Sit Comfortably

  2. Equal Breathing: inhale to the count of 3 - exhale to the count of 3. Repeat as long as you want.

  3. Set your own intention and repeat it to yourself 3 times

  4. Gentle warm up seated 

  5. Mountain pose - Ground yourself -

  6. Follow as per drawings below start with RIGHT leg.

  7. Back as a Mountain. Pause, breath and reconnect with your intention

  8. REPEAT routine start with LEFT leg.

  9. Back as a Mountain. Pause and lie down.

  10. Savasana - let go of your physical self - connect with your breath and connect with your personal intention. Stay few minutes.

  11. Ground yourself back sit up and smile.

    It is easy and a feel-good “remedy” – enjoy!
