Follow as per drawings below start with RIGHT leg.
Back as a Mountain. Pause, breath and reconnect with your intention
REPEAT routine start with LEFT leg.
Back as a Mountain. Pause and lie down.
Savasana - let go of your physical self - connect with your breath and connect with your personal intention. Stay few minutes.
Ground yourself back sit up and smile.
