SantéPlus is a “boutique” Yoga practice. We mostly offer Gentle Vinyasa Yoga classes, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (meditation)

Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Gentle Vinyasa Flow focuses on synchronizing the postures and breath with fluidity to create continuous and harmonious movements. Working with a specific intention regular pauses and breath control exercises are included to reconcile before moving to another set sequences. All classes finish with a short meditation.
Yin Yoga: A slow pace form of Yoga. The pauses are held for a few minutes allowing deep tissue stretching (ligaments, tendons and fascia) and muscle relaxation. An ideal complementary practice to our active lives. Yin Yoga is a healthy form of exercise that challenges us physically and mentally
Yoga Nidra is a systematic and powerful method of inducing physical, mental and emotional deep rest and relaxation. One appears to be asleep but is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. It is believe to reduce stress and improve the functioning of the nervous and endocrine systems.
